Maggie

Maggie Van Gulik has had a passion for fitness from a young age. She studied Kinesiology at the University of Utah and began coaching soon after she obtained her CSCS. She has worked with a range of people including collegiate athletes, powerlifting athletes, older individuals, and gen pop. She has experience working through various stages of training including comp prep, prenatal, postnatal, weight loss, and wellness improvement. She is passionate about helping people obtain their fitness goals. She offers online, in-person, and hybrid training to allow for the most convenient opportunity to reach your fitness goals. Her extensive knowledge allows for proper form instruction and motivation to create an effective and safe program.

Jenny

Jenny Draper is a professional 73 kg strongwoman with over a decade of experience competing in both powerlifting and strongman. She began her career as a personal trainer in 2014 and became a licensed massage therapist in 2017, combining her deep knowledge of strength training with a hands-on understanding of movement and recovery. Jenny works with athletes of all levels—from first-time lifters to elite competitors—helping them build strength, confidence, and resilience both in and out of the gym.

Conner

Conner Gordon brings over 20 years of powerlifting experience and 6 years in strongman to the gym floor. He’s been training athletes since 2009 and has a master’s degree in information systems .He is fluent in Spanish, Russian, and Arabic, Conner connects with lifters from all backgrounds and lifting experience.
